My path into medicine wasn’t traditional — and that’s exactly why I teach the way I do.
I started out studying Biomedical Science, where I built a strong academic foundation in human biology, critical thinking and research. But I knew early on that I wanted to work directly with patients, so I took my first major step: applying to dentistry.

Dentistry gave me the opportunity to work in healthcare hands-on — to understand clinical environments, patient communication and professional responsibility. But my interest in medicine never left. I spent years gaining clinical experience, refining my understanding of healthcare from different angles, and preparing to apply again — this time for medicine.

Getting into medical school as a graduate isn’t easy. It required clarity, strategy and a deep understanding of what admissions panels actually look for. Along the way, I developed structured methods for preparing for interviews — methods that helped me succeed and have since helped many others do the same.

Today, I use that experience to guide students through the same journey — whether they’re applying for medicine the first time or coming from another path like I did. My approach is direct, structured and honest. I focus on teaching students how to think, not just what to say.
